Q. What is a personalized children's book?
A. A personalized children's book is one that incorporates your child's name and other information directly into the story and makes them the star of the story. Your child's name is listed on every page of the book. This will encourage your child to read the book over and over again. By becoming the star of the story along with their favorite licensed cartoon character, the children love the books. All kids like to see their name in print. It also gets them excited about reading and learning, and it is an excellent educational tool recognized by parents and teachers alike.

Q. What information do I need to provide to order a personalized children's book?
A. All personalized books will automatically link to an order form, listing all personalization fields.


Q. Are the books educational?
A. All of our books are educational as they promote reading and make it fun. Children love to see their name in print and want to continually add to their personalized book collection.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours or less by U.S. Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a delivery confirmation number e-mailed directly to you by the U.S. Postal Service.  We have chosen priority mail to keep shipping costs to a minimal to you, while at the same time providing a speedy delivery that is traceable.

Q. Which types of payment do you accept?

You can either pay by credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex, or you can setup a PayPal account at your time of purchase. We use PayPal because PayPal is a fast and secure way to send payments through any website. Only PayPal will have your credit information. No credit information will ever be sent to us directly to help insure your privacy.
