Book Returns
Due to the nature of our books being personalized, it is difficult to offer a
return policy on books that have been processed - as the item cannot be resold.
It is, however, KidTime's goal to provide all of our customers the best possible
services and products to ensure your complete satisfaction with purchases made
with us! Therefore, we offer the following return policy:
What happens if KidTime makes an error in production?
In the event that KidTime Personalized Books makes an error in
personalization, we will correct and replace the same titled book with the
corrected information at no charge. You will need to contact us
and submit a return request. We will require the incorrect book be
returned to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.What
happens if I submit the wrong information for a book to KidTime?
In the event that you provide KidTime with the incorrect personalization
(including spelling errors), we will reprint and ship another same titled book
for a charge of $8.00 plus shipping and handling. For this reason, if you
are unsure of the correct personalization, we suggest you wait until this is
available. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Wait! I need to change my order and I already sent it.
You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it (12 hours in holiday
seasons). Just visit our contact us page, and provide us with all the
details of your order including Book Title, and corrections you wish to make in
the Comments section.
What should I do if my book arrives damaged?
If your book arrives in an unexpected condition or is damaged due to
shipping, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. You
will need to request a return authorization to return your book in order to get
a replacement.
